• Thorough understanding of FTNIR technique.
• Analytical method development using FTNIR.
• Analytical method validation using FTNIR.
• Capability to troubleshoot any issues that might surface during either development/validation or during routine testing.
• Capacity to actively head / handle the FTNIR projects and team.
• If the candidate has submitted any such FTNIR developed methods to regulatory authorities such as USFDA and resolved queries, it would be beneficial.
